    Make your card, free

    Pick your address, cardr.co/yourname, and add your name, role and company. About a minute, with no app and no card details.

    Add your WhatsApp number

    Add it as a WhatsApp link. It shows on your page as a WhatsApp tile beside Call and Email, so one tap opens a chat with you.

    Paste your link into the chat

    Copy cardr.co/yourname and paste it into any WhatsApp chat or group. It opens as your card in their browser, where they save you to their contacts.

    Or send your QR as an image

    In Cardr, open your QR and press Download PNG, then send the image in the chat or post it to your status. Anyone can scan it from another screen.

    Add the link to your WhatsApp profile’s About line or a status, so anyone who has your number can open your card.

    In person, show the QR

    Open the pass in Apple Wallet and let them scan it. With no signal, switch to your no-signal code, which carries your contact itself.

Three ways to share

WhatsApp’s QR, a contact, or a card.

WhatsApp has its own QR code, next to your name in Settings. Scanning it adds you as a contact in WhatsApp, and it lasts until you reset it. It carries your number, or your username once you have one (WhatsApp is rolling usernames out, per its Help Center, read October 29, 2026).

Is a digital business card for WhatsApp free?

Yes. On Cardr’s free plan your card is a link you can paste into any WhatsApp chat, and your WhatsApp number shows on it as a tile, with no time limit and no card details. Pro adds a pinned WhatsApp button under Save.

What does Pro add for WhatsApp?

A button that says “WhatsApp Priya”, pinned right under Save, which opens a chat with a message you wrote in advance (up to 300 characters). It shows again after they send you their details, and Results counts its taps by where people came from.

Can I share my card without giving out my number?

Yes. Leave your number off the card and share the link. They still save your name, role, email and page. The WhatsApp tile and button only appear when the card has a number to open.

Does it work with WhatsApp Business?

Yes. The tile and the button open a chat with whichever number you put on the card, so a WhatsApp Business number works the same way.

What if the other person does not use WhatsApp?

The card is a web page, so it opens on any phone. They can save you and send their details back without WhatsApp, and the Call and Email tiles are there too.

Is a Cardr link better than WhatsApp’s own QR code?

They do different jobs. WhatsApp’s QR adds you as a contact in WhatsApp, with your number or, once you have one, your WhatsApp username. A Cardr card saves your full contact to their phone and lets them send theirs back. Many people use both.

Does my card update in old chats?

Yes. The link always opens your card as it is now, so a link sent last year shows today’s details. A contact someone already saved stays as they saved it.

Does it work on Android?

The card page and the WhatsApp tile work on any phone. Your own pass goes in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
