Does the recruiter need an app?
No. Your QR code opens your card as a web page on their phone, iPhone or Android, and they save you to their contacts from there. Nobody downloads an app or creates an account.
Can I add my CV or portfolio?
Yes, on the free plan. Add your portfolio, GitHub, LinkedIn or website as links. For a CV, link to a PDF you host yourself and replace the file whenever it changes; the link on your card stays the same.
Should it replace my printed CV?
No. It replaces the scrap of paper with your number on it, and gives the recruiter your portfolio in one tap. The CV still goes through the application system.
What happens when I graduate?
Edit the card. Your page and your pass update, and the contact a recruiter saved links back to your page, so in the summer they see the current version, not the one from the fair.
