Digital business card for events Forty people. Two days. Six you remember.
A free Apple Wallet card for conferences and networking events: people scan it, save you, and can send their details back, even when the hall has no signal.

Example of what happens next: Sam Rivera scans Avery’s card, saves Avery to their contacts and chooses to send their own details back. The next morning at 9 a.m., Cardr Pro reminds Avery to follow up, with the email already drafted.
At an event, the swap takes ten seconds and the follow-up takes a week you do not have. Cardr makes the swap one scan with nothing to install, and they can send their name and email or number back. Say one sentence about them and Meeting Memory files who, where and what they need. On day 3, Pro emails you at 9 a.m. with the follow-up already written.
One scan. You’re in their phone. They can send theirs.

- Four minutes
- No signal
- Day two
You have about four minutes before the next talk, a coffee in one hand and your phone in the other.
- Four minutes. The gap between sessions is all the time you get with most people.
- No signal. A full hall drops the signal first. Anything that has to load is a spinner.
- Day two. By the second morning, the names from the first evening have no faces attached.
Each constraint decides the format. A card that fails any one of the three does not get used a second time, however good it looks.

- One scan, no app
- Opens with no signal
Most of an event happens in the gaps: the coffee line, the walk out of a session, the reception. Nobody there wants to type a phone number into a stranger’s phone. A QR on your Wallet pass is one scan with the camera they already hold. Your card opens, they tap Save, and they can send their own details back in the same moment.
Convention halls are steel boxes full of phones, and the signal often goes first. Your pass opens with no signal because it is stored on your phone. If their phone cannot load a page either, switch your code to No signal: it holds your contact itself, so their camera saves you anyway. They can send their details back once they are online.
The harder part is the evening. By the second day you cannot tell the agency founder from the person who wanted the slides. Meeting Memory, free, takes one sentence, typed or said: “Sam, ops at a 40-person agency, wants a demo in May.” It files who, where, what they need and when, on their name. Pro then drafts the follow-up from it and emails you on day 3 at 9 a.m., your time, or on the day your sentence named.

What Cardr does not do, said plainly: there is no badge scanner, no lead retrieval from the organizer’s badges, and no CRM sync, on any plan. If you are working a booth and need those, Popl, Blinq, Wave and HiHello all list badge scanning on their own sites (read October 29, 2026); see also the page for trade show exhibitors. Every plan exports your contacts to CSV and vCard files for any CRM.

Also for
Events, answered.
Will it work when the event has no signal?
Yes. Your pass opens offline because it is stored on your phone, and your No signal code holds your contact itself, so their camera saves you with no signal on either phone. Sending their details back needs a signal, so they can do that later.
Do the people I meet need an app?
No. Your QR code opens your card as a web page on their phone, iPhone or Android, and they save you to their contacts from there. Nobody downloads an app or creates an account.
Can it scan conference badges?
No. Cardr has no badge scanner and no lead retrieval. You get the details people choose to send you, plus your own sentence about each one. If you need badge data, see the alternatives page.
Does it sync to my CRM?
No. Cardr has no CRM integrations on any plan. Every plan, including free, exports your contacts to CSV and vCard files, which most CRMs import.
How do I remember who I met?
Say or type one sentence after each conversation. Meeting Memory files who, where, what they need and when, free. Pro turns it into a drafted follow-up and a reminder on day 3, or on the day your sentence named.
When should I follow up after an event?
Within a few days, while they remember the conversation. Pro reminds you on day 3 at 9 a.m., your time, with the message already written, and nudges once more if they are still waiting.
What does it cost?
Free forever, no card details: your card, page and Apple Wallet pass, the two-way exchange, and every contact with notes, search and export. Pro, $15 a month or $144 a year ($12 a month), adds written follow-ups with reminders, a pipeline, a booking page and all 16 pass designs. 7 days free, then 30 days to change your mind.
Free forever. About a minute to build.
Nothing for the other person to install, and no card details to start.
