How long it takes
- You order and pay. We check every design by hand before anything is made.
- We make them. Engraved to order, front and back: an estimated 10 to 11 working days from payment to posting.
- We post them, tracked. The time in the post for your destination is in the table above.

Working days are Monday to Friday. A bank holiday can add a day, which is why every date here is an estimate.
The delivery date we agree
The estimated arrival shown before you pay is the period we agree to deliver in, counted from the day you pay:

If no period is agreed, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says we must deliver without undue delay, and within 30 days of the day you pay.
If we miss the agreed period, you can give us a further reasonable time to deliver, and if we miss that too, cancel and we refund you in full. If you told us before you ordered that the date was essential, you can cancel as soon as it is missed.
Tracking your parcel
When your cards are posted, we email you the carrier and the tracking number, with a button to follow the parcel on Royal Mail’s site.
Your order page shows the same tracking number and link. It is the page every email about your order links to. Lost the email? Track your order sends you the links to your order pages again.
5 working days after posting, if we have not heard from you, we email to ask whether your cards have arrived.
If a parcel is lost or damaged
Until your cards are in your hands, they are our responsibility. If the tracking stops moving, or they have not arrived by the estimated date, reply to any email about your order and we will look into it with Royal Mail.
If the parcel is lost, we make your cards again and post them free. If it arrives damaged, we remake them free or refund you: returns explains how.
