About Cardr, the Apple Wallet business card Cardr, at a glance.
What it is, what it costs, and what it does not do, in one place.
Cardr is a UK digital business card that lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. You make a card in about a minute and get a signed Apple Wallet pass, or a Google Wallet pass on Android, and a page at cardr.co/yourname. When someone scans it, they send their details back, so every exchange lands in your contact list. The card is free forever. Pro, at £12 a month or £9 a month billed yearly (£108 a year), does the follow-up for you: a reminder, and a message drafted from where you met.
- What it is
- A signed
.pkpassin Apple Wallet, or a pass in Google Wallet on Android,, plus a live web page. Editing the card updates your pass and your page; a contact someone already saved links back to the page. - Who it is for
- People who meet people for work: founders, salespeople, estate agents, recruiters, consultants, tradespeople.
- Where
- United Kingdom. Prices are in pounds. Cardr is not registered for VAT, so none is added: the price shown is the price you pay.
- Free plan
- The card, the pass, the page, sharing, the two-way exchange, the Oxford design and the full contact list. No expiry, no scan cap, no card details taken.
- Pro
- £12 a month, or £108 a year. Follow-up reminders, AI-drafted follow-ups for 200 people a month, a capture form and all 16 designs. Scan and exchange analytics are on both plans.
- Changing your mind
- Pro starts with 7 days free. After that, ask within 30 days of your first payment and every payment is refunded. The card stays free either way.
Free is the card. Pro is the follow-up.
Everything you own, your card and your contacts, is free. What Pro sells is the work after the meeting.

What Cardr does not do.
Does Cardr sell NFC cards or other hardware?
Not NFC cards. Cardr Metal are optional metal business cards engraved with your details and a QR that opens your live Cardr, bought once, with no subscription needed. You never need them: your QR, link and Wallet pass do the same job. If you already own an NFC tag or card, you can write your cardr.co link to it.
Does Cardr connect to a CRM?
No. There are no CRM integrations. Your contacts export to CSV or vCard at any time, on the free plan.
Does Cardr email the people I exchange with?
Not for marketing, ever. The details someone shares are given to you, not to Cardr, and Cardr adds them to no list. The only email they can receive is a thank-you you write yourself, if you are on Pro and switch it on.
Does the recipient need an app?
No. They scan the QR with their phone camera, or open your link, and your page opens in their browser. Apple Wallet ships on every iPhone.
Is Cardr unique?
Not in its parts. Wallet passes, two-way exchange and AI follow-up are all available elsewhere, and our comparison says where others are better. What Cardr works hardest on is the follow-up actually being sent.
How many people use Cardr?
We do not publish customer or usage numbers, and any page quoting them is not ours.
A person reads every email.
