The four
Who each one
is actually
for.
Including, in our case, what we are worse at. A round-up written by one of the entrants is worth very little without that.
Best for actually sending the follow-up
Cardr (us)
Ours, so read it with that in mind. The free tier is the complete card with no scan cap, and the paid tier is built around the message you send three days later rather than around the card itself. No CRM integrations, no Google Wallet and no physical hardware, all of which the others do better.
Price: Free forever. Pro £12/mo, or £9/mo billed annually.
Apple Wallet: Yes, a signed .pkpass on the free tier
Best if you already run a CRM
The deepest integration layer of the three. Blinq lists native connections to 20+ CRMs, an AI notetaker on paid tiers, and contact enrichment, which is a serious amount of machinery if you already run a CRM and want cards feeding it.
Price: Premium $9.99 a month, or $7.33 a month billed annually. Business $6.99 per card a month, or $4.99 billed annually. Enterprise is quoted.
Apple Wallet: Yes, on every tier including Free
Best if the people you meet are on Android
The cleanest free tier design of the three, and the only competitor here that ships a Google Wallet pass as well as an Apple one. Professional adds card analytics; Business adds Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics.
Price: Professional $6 a month or $72 a year. Business $5 per user a month or $60 per user a year. Enterprise is quoted.
Apple Wallet: Yes, and Google Wallet too, which Cardr does not have
Best for events and stands with a team
Popl is built around events at scale: an AI badge scanner, unlimited events and users, CRM integrations and SOC 2 compliance. For a company running a conference stand with a team of fifteen, that is the right shape of product.
Price: Not published. Popl states: "we quote pricing over a meeting instead of publishing it on our website."
Apple Wallet: Not stated on the pricing page we checked
