Pricing

Digital business card pricing, with nothing hidden.

Two plans, both published in full. The free one is the entire card and it does not expire. The paid one does the part you keep not getting round to.

The short answer: Cardr is free forever for the card, and £12 a month for the follow-up. The free plan is the complete digital business card, including the signed Apple Wallet pass, the two-way exchange and the searchable contact list it fills, with no expiry and no card details taken. Pro does the follow-up for you: the drafted messages, the reminders, the capture form and the full set of pass designs, at £12 a month or £9 a month billed annually.

The two plans

The card is free. The follow-up is the product.

Sixty days to change your mind, and you keep the card either way.

Sixty days to change your mind.

Use Pro for two months. If it is not for you, email us within 60 days of your first payment and we refund every penny, with no questions asked. You keep the Wallet pass and your page either way, because those are free and they stay free.

  • Two months, not fourteen days. Long enough to actually meet people, lose track of one, and find out whether being reminded changes anything.
  • You keep the card. A refund drops you to the free plan. The pass, the page and the address stay yours.
  • No forms. One email is all it takes, and the refund goes back to the card you paid with.
  • Yearly, without the lock-in. Delete your account after the sixty days and the whole months you have not used come back to your card, automatically.

Prices in GBP, including VAT where it applies. Apple Wallet only for now; Google Wallet is not built yet and we will not pretend otherwise. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks, no email required.

Why free is actually free

The free plan is not a crippled version of Pro.

Most free tiers exist to make the paid one look necessary. This one exists because every card is a link with our name on it.

Every Cardr lives at cardr.co/yourname. When you hand that out, the person who receives it sees where it came from. That is the whole growth model, and it only works if the free thing is genuinely good, so the free plan is the entire card: the signed Apple Wallet pass, the page, the QR code, the share link, unlimited scans, live updates to every saved copy, the two-way exchange that sends their details back to you, and the searchable list those details land in, with your notes and tags and a CSV or vCard export whenever you want one.

None of that is time-limited, seat-limited or scan-limited. For comparison, HiHello caps its free tier at five card scans a month as published on 4 August 2026. We do not cap scans at all.

What Pro sells is not access to your own card, or to your own contacts. It is the work you would otherwise do by hand on the Thursday after the event: turning what you said into a message, and actually sending it before they go cold.

What it costs elsewhere

The same shelf, at their own published prices.

Read off each vendor’s own pricing page on 4 August 2026 and reproduced without editing. Where a company does not publish a figure, this says so rather than guessing one.

Entry price for a paid plan, as published on 4 August 2026
ProductCheapest paid planFree tierApple Wallet pass
Cardr £9/mo billed annually, or £12 monthly Yes, the full card, no scan cap Yes, on free
Blinq $9.99/mo Yes, $0 "free forever" Yes
HiHello $6/mo Yes, the Personal plan, but card scanning is capped at 5 a month Yes

Their prices are in USD and ours in GBP, so this is a shelf rather than an exchange-rate calculation. Sources are linked on each comparison page. If any of this has moved, tell us and we will correct it.

Is Pro worth it

Do the sum on your own numbers.

We are not going to invent a statistic about how many deals get lost to bad follow-up, because we do not have one we can stand behind. Do it with your own figures instead.

Take the number of people you meet in a month who could plausibly become work. Take what one of them is worth to you if it lands. Pro costs £9 a month on the annual plan, which is about the price of two coffees. If it recovers one conversation a year that you would otherwise have let go cold, for most people reading this the sum is not close.

If it does not, that is what the sixty days are for. Ask for the money back and keep the card.

The one thing that does run out

Your name is first come, first served.

There is no countdown on this page and no launch discount expiring on Friday, because we would be making both of those up. There is one genuinely finite thing here, and this is it.

Every Cardr lives at an address you choose: cardr.co/yourname. It is the link in your email signature, the thing printed under your QR code, and the address the Wallet pass points at. There is exactly one of each, and once somebody has taken theirs it is theirs.

It costs nothing to hold one. You do not need a card number, you do not need to decide about Pro, and you are not starting a trial that lapses in a fortnight. The only thing you are doing is getting your own name rather than the one with a number after it.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered.

Is the free plan a trial?

No. There is no expiry date and no card details are taken to start. The Apple Wallet pass, your page at cardr.co/yourname, the QR code, the two-way exchange, live updates, and the searchable contact list with your notes, tags and CSV or vCard export are all free and stay free. We would rather you used the free tier for a year and told a colleague than churned off a trial in week two.

What exactly does Pro add?

Pro is the follow-up, done for you. It drafts the follow-up message from the context of the meeting, fifty a month, reminds you before somebody goes cold, adds a capture form to your page with the fields you choose and an automatic thank-you, unlocks all 16 pass designs including your own gradient, and shows you scan and exchange analytics. The contact list is not part of Pro: every exchange is saved, searchable, with your notes and tags against it, and exportable to CSV or vCard on the free plan. The card itself is identical on both plans.

Is it cheaper billed annually?

Yes. Pro is £12 a month billed monthly, or £9 a month billed annually, which is £108 for the year against £144. Annual is a 25 per cent saving and is a single payment.

What is the guarantee?

Sixty days, money back, no questions asked, and you keep the Wallet pass either way. Email us within 60 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. There is no form to fill in, and if you delete your account instead, the refund is sent automatically.

How do I cancel?

From your dashboard, in two clicks, without emailing anybody. Your card does not disappear when you cancel: you drop back to the free plan and keep the pass, the page and the link. Your contact list, your notes and tags and the export stay as well, because those are on the free plan. Only the Pro features switch off.

How does this compare on price to Blinq, HiHello or Popl?

Checked on 4 August 2026: Blinq lists Premium at $9.99 a month, or $7.33 billed annually. HiHello lists Professional at $6 a month or $72 a year. Popl states it quotes pricing over a meeting rather than publishing it. We keep a full comparison of each, including where they beat us, on the comparison pages.

Do you charge per user for teams?

Not yet. Cardr is sold to individuals today. If you want a team on it, put everybody on their own Pro account for now and email us, because we would rather build the team features around a real team than guess at them.
