  • Two days’ notice before a Pro trial charges. Pro starts with 7 days free. We email you before the first charge, and cancelling before then costs nothing.

  • Pro yearly: an email 30 days and 7 days before renewal. Each says the amount and the date, with a link to cancel.

  • Cancel Pro in two clicks, in Cardr. Pro bought on cardr.co: no form, no call and no question to answer. We confirm it by email.

  • 30 days to change your mind. Within 30 days of your first payment on cardr.co, every payment back in full, no questions asked.

  • If Pro ends, your people stay. Your card, contacts, notes, tags and export stay, on Free. A Pro design goes back to the free design.

Before you decide.

Is it free?

Yes, for good. The Apple Wallet pass, your page at cardr.co/yourname, the QR code, the two-way exchange and your contacts, with notes, tags, search, Meeting Memory and CSV or vCard export, are all free. No expiry, no scan cap and no card details to start. Free also includes one AI-drafted follow-up and three asks, so you can watch Pro work on your own contacts before you pay.

Do people I meet need Cardr?

No. They scan your QR code or open your link, and your page opens in their phone’s browser, iPhone or Android. They tap Save, which saves you, and can send their details back in one more tap, with nothing to install. The Wallet pass is yours; they get your page.

Can I cancel?

Yes, whenever you like: in your dashboard, open You and, under Plan, choose Cancel or pause (Cancel on a yearly plan or during the free days), then Cancel Pro. No email needed and no question to answer. On a monthly plan you can pause Pro there instead, for up to 3 months. Pro runs to the end of the month or year you paid for. Cancel during the 7 free days and nothing is charged. Within 30 days of your first payment, ask and we refund every payment, no questions asked. Delete your account instead and the refund is automatic: every payment within those 30 days, and on a yearly plan after that, the whole months you have not used. Pro bought in the iPhone app is cancelled in iPhone Settings, and Apple handles its refunds.

What happens to my card if I cancel?

It stays. Your card moves to Free rather than disappearing: the pass, the page, your cardr.co address and every contact, note and tag stay yours, and you can export them whenever you like. Only the Pro features stop.

Monthly or annual?

The same Pro either way. Annual is £108, billed annually, which is £9 a month and £36 less than twelve monthly payments. Monthly is £12, billed each month. The 7 free days and the 30 days to change your mind cover both. Monthly is selected above; choose annual and the button starts annual instead.

Do I need an NFC card?

No. Your QR code opens from a phone camera and your cardr.co link from any message, both in the browser the phone already has. Cardr sells no NFC cards; if you want something to hand over, Cardr Metal business cards carry your QR. If you already own an NFC card or tag, you can write your cardr.co link to it and a tap opens your page. How to set one up.

Why can Cardr be free?

Every free card is a cardr.co page that other people open, which is how Cardr gets found, so a good free card is worth more to us than a crippled one. What costs us money to run each month, the AI that writes drafts and answers asks and the reminder emails, is what Pro pays for. Comparing apps?
