See who followed up.

Week by week and person by person. Counts only, never anyone’s contacts or notes.

Everyone on the team gets Pro.

It drafts each person’s follow-ups and has them ready at 09:00 on the day. Worth £12 a person a month on its own.

  1. At 09:00 your time, Cardr emails you who to follow up, with the message already written from what you talked about. One tap opens it in your email, or WhatsApp when you have their number, ready to send.

    • Drafts for 200 people a month, in your voice.
    • Reminded on day 3 or the morning after you meet, your choice, or on the day they said. One more nudge on day 7 if they are still waiting.
    • Pick a time to send it later, and the draft comes back to you then.

Free: one draft and reminders about your first three people, to try it on your own.

  2. See who could turn into work and who you won, at a glance. Nobody slips because they were halfway down a list.

    • Opportunity, Won and Lost, with what it was worth.
    • A pipeline of everyone by stage, and a next step on each person that reminds you on its day.

Free: your list, notes, tags, who replied, the timeline, search and export. Always.

  3. What came of everyone you met: who replied, what turned into work and what it was worth, by event, by source and by Cardr Metal card.

    • How fast you follow up, and the days people swap details with you.
    • Taps on your page’s booking or WhatsApp button, by where people came from.
    • Download it all as a spreadsheet.

Free: views, scans, swaps and saves, counted, on every plan.

  4. Pin Book a time or WhatsApp right under Save, so the next step is one tap for the person you just met.

    • Up to six services, each with a “from” price.
    • Up to three quotes from your clients, shared with their permission.
    • The button shows again after they send you their details.

Free: booking, WhatsApp and review links on your page, as links.

Example: a reminder email at 09:00 about Priya Sample, with a follow-up already written and a Send email button.
Example: People’s pipeline, with Priya Sample moved from Opportunity to Won, worth £2,400, and a next step on Friday.
Example: Results, with a bar each for the people met, followed up, replied, in opportunity and won, £4,800 won, and where they came from.
Example: a card page with Book a time with Priya pinned under Save, and three services with prices.

Cardr Teams questions

Who pays, and for whom?

£39 a month covers digital business cards for 5 people, then £8 each. Only claimed cards count, and anyone already on Pro isn’t billed twice. Annual is £390 a year plus £80 per extra person: two months free. Every plan, compared.

When does the trial start?

When your first colleague joins, or on a date you pick up to 60 days ahead, such as a conference. 30 days, 14 more once cards are in use. No card details, so nothing is charged when it ends unless you add them; we email you five days before.

Will my team actually use it?

Their card arrives made, so joining is one tap, and Cardr Pro drafts their follow-ups. One button reminds everyone not set up yet, and the trial waits for your first colleague.

Do the people we meet need an app?

No. They scan the QR code or open the link on any phone, iPhone or Android, and save the details to their contacts. Nothing to install.

Can the company see my contacts?

No. Admins see counts and totals, never contacts or notes, and everyone is told. What admins can see.

What if someone leaves?

Your brand comes off their card and Wallet pass, and the bill follows. They keep their card and contacts.

Do we keep the leads when someone leaves?

No. The people someone meets are theirs and leave with them; admins see counts and totals, never contacts. Anyone can export their own to CSV or vCard.

Half our team is on Android. Does it work?

Yes. Their card, page and QR work on any phone, and Android users add their pass to Google Wallet.

Can we get metal business cards for the team?

Yes, as an extra. Cardr Metal cards are engraved with a QR that opens each person’s live card. A pack of 50 for each person starts at £129, bought separately from Teams. Metal business cards.

Do you sync with our CRM?

Not yet. Contacts export to CSV or vCard. Tell us your CRM when you set up; it decides what we build first.

What if we change our mind?

Cancel in the console and Teams runs to the end of the period you paid for. Within 30 days of the team’s first payment, tell us and we refund every payment. No form, no questions. Everyone keeps their card.

Your next event, followed up.

30 days free, starting with your first colleague or the week of your event. No card details.
