Who pays, and for whom?

$49 a month covers digital business cards for 5 people, then $10 each. Only claimed cards count, and anyone already on Pro isn’t billed twice. Annual is $490 a year plus $100 per extra person: two months free. Every plan, compared.

When does the trial start?

When your first colleague joins, or on a date you pick up to 60 days ahead, such as a conference. 30 days, 14 more once cards are in use. No card details, so nothing is charged when it ends unless you add them; we email you five days before.

Will my team actually use it?

Their card arrives made, so joining is one tap, and Cardr Pro drafts their follow-ups. One button reminds everyone not set up yet, and the trial waits for your first colleague.

Do the people we meet need an app?

No. They scan the QR code or open the link on any phone, iPhone or Android, and save the details to their contacts. Nothing to install.

Can the company see my contacts?

No. Admins see counts and totals, never contacts or notes, and everyone is told. What admins can see.

What if someone leaves?

Your brand comes off their card and Wallet pass, and the bill follows. They keep their card and contacts.

Do we keep the leads when someone leaves?

No. The people someone meets are theirs and leave with them; admins see counts and totals, never contacts. Anyone can export their own to CSV or vCard.

Half our team is on Android. Does it work?

Yes. Their card, page and QR work on any phone, and Android users add their pass to Google Wallet.

Can we get metal business cards for the team?

Yes, as an extra. Cardr Metal cards are engraved with a QR that opens each person’s live card. A pack of 50 for each person starts at £129, bought separately from Teams. Metal business cards.

Do you sync with our CRM?

Not yet. Contacts export to CSV or vCard. Tell us your CRM when you set up; it decides what we build first.

What if we change our mind?

Cancel in the console and Teams runs to the end of the period you paid for. Within 30 days of the team’s first payment, tell us and we refund every payment. No form, no questions. Everyone keeps their card.
