Cardr, which wrote this page, has a free card as a signed Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass. Pro is $15 a month or $144 a year, and is the follow-up done for you: a reminder with the message drafted from your note. Teams $49 a month for up to 5 people, then $10 a month for each person after that. It has no CRM integrations and sells no NFC cards.
