Add a signature in Outlook.
Outlook comes in three versions with two different settings screens. Make the signature here, then follow the route for yours.
New Outlook and Outlook on the web: Settings, Accounts, Signatures. Classic Outlook for Windows: File, Options, Mail, Signatures. Paste the copied signature into the editing box, choose it as the default for new messages and replies, and save.
Put your name in and the signature appears here.
Nothing is stored. No images and no web fonts unless you choose them, so it renders the same in every mail client.

-
04

Go to File, Options, Mail, Signatures. Or, from a new message, Message, Signature, Signatures.
-

-
06
Choose the default and press OK

Outlook renders mail through Word. A signature from this tool is built for that, but if a paste comes out flattened, it is usually because the copy came from a browser that only put plain text on the clipboard. Copy again from Chrome, Edge or Safari.
Signatures in new Outlook and on the web are stored in your account; classic Outlook keeps its own copy on each computer.
