Can I cancel?

Yes, whenever you like: in your dashboard, open You and, under Plan, choose Cancel or pause (Cancel on a yearly plan or during the free days), then Cancel Pro. Cancel during the 7 free days and nothing is charged; we email you before the first charge. Within 30 days of your first payment, ask and we refund every payment, no questions asked.

What stays free if I stop?

Everything you own. Your card moves to Free rather than disappearing: the Wallet pass, your cardr.co page, the QR code, the exchange, and every contact, note and tag, with search and CSV or vCard export. What stops: drafts beyond your one free one, reminders, your capture form and its thank-you, and Ask beyond its three free answers. A Pro design on your card goes back to Oxford.

What happens to my contacts’ data?

It is yours. We use it to run your card and never sell it. Export it whenever you like, and deleting your account removes it. The privacy notice lists everything we hold, why and for how long.

Is there a plan for my whole team?

Yes. Cardr Teams puts your company’s brand on every member’s digital business card and gives every member Pro, on one bill. Every plan is side by side on pricing.

Does Pro work with metal business cards?

Yes. Cardr Metal cards carry a QR that opens your live Cardr, so anyone who scans one and sends their details back lands in your contacts, where Pro follows them up. The cards work on Free too.

Do I need the iPhone app?

No. Pro works from cardr.co in any browser, and your pass lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on your phone. The people you meet never need an app either.
